Data deletion

To delete your Chitthi data:

1. Email hello@chitthi.live from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. We confirm the request and delete your account, connected WhatsApp tokens, contacts and messages within 30 days.
3. We reply when the deletion is done.

If you messaged a business that uses Chitthi and want your data removed, contact that business, or email us with your phone number and the business name and we will pass it on.

To disconnect Chitthi from your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account, remove the Chitthi app under Business Settings, then Integrations, in Meta Business Suite.
